  • You will receive an email when your order is confirmed, when your order is shipped, and upon delivery. If you have a Master & Dynamic account, you can check your order status at any time. Simply log into your account and click "Order History".

  • Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours from the time you place your order.

  • You do not need to set up an account to place an order. However creating an account allows you to store your shipping information, see order history, and view your product’s warranty information.

  • A preorder is when an item is ordered that is not currently in stock but is anticipated to ship on the estimated ship date. The ship dates are provided by our suppliers and are subject to change without notice. In the interest of keeping our customers as informed as possible, we will update these date changes as soon as they are made available to us.

  • Simply add it to your shopping cart just like any other item. After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming your order. Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours from the time you place your order.

  • Only order history and shipping address are stored in your account. Your credit card information will not be stored.

  • Digital gift cards are available in Accessories in the following amounts: $129, $159, $199, $329, $399, $458, and $549. Gift cards can be sent directly to the recipient or to you.   • We will email you the tracking information for your shipment once your order leaves our warehouse and again upon delivery.

Shipping, Returns, & Warranty
  • We offer complimentary shipping via DHL Worldwide Priority Express. 

    Some deliveries may arrive later than expected due to carrier delays. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel or refund orders or shipping fees after an order has been processed.

  • Please allow 10-14 days additional ship time for all orders containing monogrammed items. All monogrammed items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Master & Dynamic's standard warranty policy still applies to custom engraved orders.

  • We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Europe. To change regions, simply click on the region icon near the Cart on the top right corner of the website and select from the list of shipping destinations.

  • You will be charged the quoted amount at time of checkout. VAT and Duties are not charged to you upon delivery.

  • We guarantee our products against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original purchase on our website or from an authorized Master & Dynamic retailer or reseller.

    Master & Dynamic shall have no liability of any kind for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages or expenses that arise from the use of this product, including use-related damage to the product's exterior.

    Master & Dynamic’s Limited Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear to items such as blown drivers, battery degradation from normal use, cut cords, bent jacks, damage to the product's exterior, loss or theft. Replaceable parts subject to wear and tear such as ear tips, ear pads, and cables will be replaced only in case of malfunctioning due to material or manufacturing defects, and only once during the warranty period of your product.

    If you believe your product is defective within the warranty period, please contact us at support@masterdynamic.com. Please include your product’s serial number, proof of purchase, telephone number and full return shipping address in your message to us. Once your warranty is verified, you will be issued a return authorization and instructions for a return shipment.   • Master & Dynamic has partnered with Clyde to allow you to purchase an extended warranty with accidental damage from handling protection coverage for your Master & Dynamic products.

    If you have purchased the Accidental Damage Protection Plan through Clyde and are looking to make a warranty claim while your manufacturer warranty policy is still valid, please contact support@masterdynamic.com. If you have purchased the Accidental Damage Protection Plan through Clyde and are looking to make a warranty claim after the expiration of the manufacturer warranty policy or a claim for accidental damage, click here.   • All products purchased from our website may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund less shipping costs, no questions asked. International return orders may be subject to return shipping fees. To initiate such a return please contact us at support@masterdynamic.com. Please include your product’s serial number and full return shipping address in your message to us, and we will issue a returns authorization and send you a prepaid shipping label for return shipment in the original Master & Dynamic packaging. This returns policy is also valid for our accessories products, with the restriction that ear pads and cables purchased as accessories can only be returned if they have not been used. Products purchased from one of our authorized resellers will follow the reseller’s returns policy. Master & Dynamic does not accept returns or exchanges of Master & Dynamic products purchased from other retailers. Furthermore, we do not accept returns or deliveries without a valid returns authorization from our customer service desk at support@masterdynamic.com.

  • To initiate any return, please contact us at support@masterdynamic.com. Be sure to include your product’s serial number and full return shipping address, and we will issue a returns authorization and send you a prepaid shipping label for return shipment in the original Master & Dynamic packaging. To return the speaker, Master & Dynamic will provide specific packing instructions as well as new packaging should the original packaging no longer be available.

  • Refund is paid within 5 business days of our receiving and approving your returned item. Refunds are in the form of original payment. We do not refund overnight shipping or gift wrapping charges.
