  • Use the USB-C to USB-C cable to plug your headphones into a device such as a laptop or to an outlet while using an appropriate adapter.

  • Up to 32 hours of battery life or up to 28 hours with ANC enabled

  • Plug your headphones into your computer or compatible device with the USB-C to USB-C cable, ensuring that you are not playing content through Bluetooth while plugging them in. This will activate digital USB (wired) audio listening.

  • Yes, while plugged into a computer orcompatibledevice and playing music through digital USB (wired) audio, the MW75 headphones will continue to charge as well.

  • Yes, but you must play content first, and then charge the headphones to maintain the Bluetooth connection. Otherwise they will power down or prioritize the wired audio connection.

  • Press and hold the Power/Pairing button for 4 seconds. Access the Bluetooth settings on your source device. Locate "M&D MW75" and connect. A solid light indicates you are connected.

  • Enter pairing mode and connect to device 1. Enter pairing mode again and device 1 will disconnect. Connect to device 2 and turn headphones OFF. Turn headphones ON and headphones will automatically connect to device 1 and 2 simultaneously. Pause one device and play from the other to swap headphoneconnection.You can only hear sound from one source device at a time.

  • 1. Make sure the headphones are charged. Cycle power switch OFF and ON.2. Turn the Bluetooth® OFF, then ON again on the source device.3. Turn OFF the Bluetooth feature on any other device that is paired withthe headphones.4. Hold Power/Pairing button down for 4 seconds to enter pairing mode.5. Make sure “M&D MW75” is selected in the Bluetooth device list.

  • EQ (equalization) settings allow you to emphasize different frequencies according to personal preference. MW75 currently supports a bass boost to emphasize bass frequencies, a bass cut to emphasize treble frequencies, a Podcast EQ to emphasize vocals and mid-range sounds, and an Audiophile EQ inspired by a popular target curve to emphasize mid and treble frequencies.

  • Yes, by connecting your MW75 headphones to the M&D Connect App, you can select EQ presets that best fit your preferences.

  • EQ settings can be found in the M&D Connect App, and will apply when playing content such as music, movies, etc. through either Bluetooth or digital USB audio. EQ settings will not apply to phone calls, video calls, or other communications received or sent.

  • Hi-res (high-resolution) audio is any audio file format that surpasses CD (compact disk) quality, which is 16-bit audio depth and 44.1 kHz sample rate.

  • You can listen to hi-res audio aptX Adaptive up to 24-bit/96kHz on your MW75 when connected to a compatible source device and streaming service that supports hi-res.

  • Yes, press and hold the multi-function button on the rightear cup to activate the native voice assistant on your device.

  • Active Noise Cancellation is an active, electronic method of reducing unwanted ambient sound that adds processed sound to your audio to reduce the perception of ambient noise. Sound isolation is a passive, physical method of reducing external noise to reduce the ambient noise that enters through your headphones.

  • Yes, press and hold the multi-function button on the rightear cup to activate the native voice assistant on your device.

  • Adaptive Active Noise Cancellation measures the sound levels in your environment and adjusts the ANCstrengthaccordingly. Standard Active Noise-Cancelling modes will use the same ANC strength,regardless of your surroundings.

  • Adaptive ANC will automatically detect the noise levels around you and adjust the ANC level. Max ANC will use the maximum levels of noise-cancelling and works best for very loud environments (planes, trains, etc.). All Day ANC will cancel less environmental noise and is more suited for regular use throughout the day.

  • Power down the headphones by pressing the Power/Pairing button on the left ear cup. Then press and hold the Power/Pairing button along with the Volume + button until red lights flash and you hearthe "Factory Reset"voice prompt.

  • Clean ear pads and headphones with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Careful to not soak, submerge, or allow moisture to enter near the drivers or cable jacks.Return your headphones to their storage pouch when not in use. To avoid damage, do not store other items in the headphone pouch along with your headphones.

  • The ear pads are connected to the headphones via magnets. To remove, gently pull the ear pad off the headphone.To attach, line up the ear pads with the ear cups. The magnets will help pull and lock the ear pads into place.

Warranty

Master & Dynamic guarantees this product against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original purchase on our website or from an authorized Master & Dynamic retailer or reseller. As an exception to this warranty period, batteries are guaranteed for proper functioning for a period of one year from the date of original purchase. Defective batteries are covered by Master & Dynamic’s Limited Warranty but battery wear from normal use is not covered.

If returned within the warranty period, Master & Dynamic will at its discretion either repair the defective product or replace it with a repaired or refurbished product of identical specifications as the returned product. This limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Master & Dynamic shall have no liability of any kind for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages or expenses that arise from the use of this product, including use-related damage to the product's exterior.

Master & Dynamic’s Limited Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear to items such as blown drivers, battery degradation from normal use, cut cords, bent jacks, damage to the product's exterior, loss or theft. Replaceable parts such as ear pads and cables will be replaced only in case of malfunctioning due to material or manufacturing defects, and only once during the warranty period of your product.The serial number and proof of purchase are required in order to enact the warranty for products purchased on our website or from an authorized retailer or reseller. This policy is also applicable to products received as a gift.

If we need to replace your product due to a battery defect, your product will be new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability. You will void your warranty if you disassemble your product or expose them to excessive moisture. If you believe your product is defective within the warranty period, please contact us at support@masterdynamic.com. Please include your product’s serial number, proof of purchase, telephone number, and full return shipping address in your message to us. Conditional to serial number, proof of purchase, and warranty validity, you will be issued a return authorization and instructions for return shipment. Please note that the dispatch of a replacement product will take place after our receipt of the defective product.
